Dynamic Drumming is an educational drum studio located in the SOMA district of San Francisco. The principle of the studio is to teach anyone to play musically on the drumset. Whether you have never played the kit before, or if you have been playing for 40 yrs., Dynamic Drumming will educate you and teach you on the instrument. This studio will also help build your confidence and give you a positive way of thinking.

Brian Fruechtenicht is the owner and founder of Dynamic Drumming. He has been playing drums for 17 years. He studied technique and jazz under Ed Soph at the University of North Texas. Brian also learned and effectively uses the Moeller Technique which is the standard for playing the drums. The principles of this technique being absolute freedom of motion and no tension in the grip.

The styles of music at Dynamic Drumming range from jazz to reggae, rock to blues, R&B to hip-hop, and gospel and worship drumming. Brian enjoys teaching and playing all of these styles, and is very encouraging to his students.
